• About Me

    What I do

I’m a facilitator, guide, and liberationist.
I help people reconnect to their inner voice, clarify their boundaries, and make decisions that are aligned with who they actually are, not who they were taught to be.

My work is rooted in over 13 years of facilitation, teaching, and decades of lived experience. It’s designed for people who want to stop performing and start living from truth. I bring together somatics, power literacy, and relational skill in service of transformation that’s practical, repeatable, and real for both group programs or private, 1:1 work.

    Where I come from

I grew up in the margins: between cultures, between identities. With a disabled Puerto Rican mother and a father from a lineage of American privilege, I learned early what it meant to not belong. And what it costs to contort yourself to fit. That upbringing made me a systems nerd by necessity. I’ve been tracking how power, survival, and belonging interact since before I had the words for it.

I hold a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and certification as a Holistic Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (it wasn’t great, but people like to know). More meaningfully, I’ve trained with Kasia Urbaniak on power and voice, studied relational ethics with the Right Use of Power Institute, and I’m currently completing certification as a Wheel of Consent Facilitator through the School of Consent.

    The lens I bring

I spent a decade in Al-Anon, starting at age 20, after finding myself in the shambles of a relationship shaped by addiction.

That was the beginning of unraveling the toxic dynamics I’d absorbed around care, control, and obligation—not just in that relationship, but in my family, my culture, and the roles I was trained to play.

That work didn’t end in those rooms. It deepened through the end of my marriage, through parenting, and through every reckoning that helped me to separate what was mine to carry from what I needed to surrender. This is the root of my work now: helping people untangle the difference between responsibility and self-abandonment, and make choices from clarity instead of conditioning.

    This isn’t self-help. It’s self-return.
My work helps people reclaim their voice, their boundaries, and their freedom in ways that are grounded, liberatory and in service to making a contribution beyond the self. Here, feeling better isn't the goal. Being able to contribute to our communities and the world in ways that are sustainable and transformative is.

    Who I work with

I offer workshops, group experiences, and collaborative programs for individuals, communities, and organizations who are ready to do the work of untangling performance from truth. Through exploring boundaries, relational clarity, embodied consent, or collective care, my spaces are designed to be playful, rigorous, and rooted in liberation.

Clients leave this work with more capacity to say no (and yes) from an honest place, more connection to their nervous system’s wisdom, and more ability to live in alignment with who they actually are. I work with individuals, facilitators, artists, organizers, and anyone ready to stop shape-shifting and start leading from integrity.
