• Past Work

Everything I teach comes from lived experience, years of embodied practice, and an ever-deepening relationship with self-trust, nuance, and body-knowing.

Here's a timeline of my past programs, experiments, and trainings, all of which represent the foundation behind what I offer today.

  • A Note on Language

My work has always centered around embodied discernment: the ability to feel what’s true in your body and let that guide your choices. For a while, I used the word pleasure as a gateway to that work: the felt sense of joy, vitality, aliveness, the internal yes.

But “pleasure” got misunderstood as indulgence, self-soothing, extraction, or sex coaching. It became clear that I was speaking one language while people were hearing another. So I shelved the word (reluctantly), and kept doing the work.

What I offer (then and now) is about:

    • practicing self-honesty
    • building relational integrity
    • taking responsibility for your impact while also holding fast to desires
    • and learning to stop abandoning yourself in micro-moments of misalignment

The language has changed. The body of work remains the same.
